The riding opportunities and skill level of riders here are literally world-class, Justin observes, and his connection with the environment on the trails and the urban environment carries over to his work. As a second-generation realtor who majored in environmental studies at UT Knoxville, Justin is doubly-qualified to practice green realty.
With over ten years experience as a full time Realtor Justin has participated in over 300 real estate transactions. His area of specialization and focus is on homes and high density projects in downtown area of Asheville. Long before moving to the mountains, Justin represented several high profile multiuse developments in downtown Nashville and worked to improve the smaller communities within the urban core. Being one who never stops learning Justin moved to Asheville to expand his knowledge of Green Building. Justin’s is devoted improving the infrastructure of Asheville’s urban communities and encouraging smart growth and “EcoHouse has allowed me pull together my major, my profession and my lifestyle.”
